Facilities:
* Weaving: Mian Ghous Bux (Pvt) Ltd being sister concern & family member company of Arzoo Textile Mills Limited is using all weaving facilities of Arzoo Textile Mills Limited. Arzoo group has about 400 Sulzer and Auto looms, which runs annual capacity of 18 million meters fabric in wider width. For any additional requirement we are getting the fabric woven by the cottage industry of Faisalabad by providing them our own yarn.
We are purchasing yarn from many spinning mills; it is not limited to any one. The decision of the yarn purchases depends on the quality and price offered by the spinning mills.
* Processing: Our bleaching, dyeing and printing work is being done in Arzoo Textile and Jeea Textile, Khurrianwala, Faisalabad, which are our family and group companies. Arzoo and Jeea both have complete bleaching, dyeing and printing plants.
* Stitching: Mian Ghous Bux (Pvt) Ltd possesses a modern underground Stitching Unit at the premises of its head office. The Stitching unit has been facilitated with modern machinery and being controlled & organized by efficient management. Moreover the underground building provides much better working conditions to the workers.
In Mian Ghous Bux premises we have sewing, quilting and polyester wadding unit. We have about 110 stitching machines plus two quilting machines imported from Korea. The wadding plant is imported from U. K.
